Volunteers Needed for SIMS...........Smoke Alarm Patrol

Volunteers are needed to help out with our very important SIMS program. This requires a minimum of 3 hours per week, for which you will be credited. The SIMS program involves walking door to door to inspect smoke detectors inside houses. You must be physically capable of climbing up and down a ladder in order to either change the smoke detector battery, or change the smoke detector itself.
