Dispatch has asked us to please refrain from calling in open gates leading in or out of the snow dump on Marc Chagall Ave. This year in particular it has been decided that the two sets of gates will remain open for extended periods of time as snow removal operations sometimes go right through the night. Naturally we would still notify Dispatch in case of children seen playing inside, someone trespassing or dumping garbage, or unauthorized vehicles driving or noticed parked inside.
