As our realities seem to change week-to-week, Côte Saint-Luc Management is making efforts to ensure everyone's safety, from residents to employees to volunteers.
As you all know, we have had to suspend vCOP patrols for a couple of weeks (while remaining available for ECOs in case of need) for our Members' health and safety, but there is still plenty to do until our operations can fully restart.
The Survey
As part of our prevention process and staffing plans, we are monitoring all employees (and volunteers) to help us determine who must remain home and impose a self-quarantine to ensure other City personnel and volunteers, remain safe.
We have come up with a 4-question survey that needs to be filled out by all vCOP volunteers that will help get an overview of the status of the Membership (the same questionnaire was submitted to EMS volunteers as well). This 1-minute questionnaire is MANDATORY for all Members to fill out.
With SnowBirds returning home, we need to have a clearer idea of who is at risk, so we can plan our staff accordingly.
