Starting on January 1, 2019, you can find all our operating procedures (including our Member's Guide) contained in a single binder. From radio codes, to refuelling, to a map of Cote Saint-Luc, it's all there. The binder replaces all the loose papers, as well as the papers clipped to the dashboard.

There will be one binder in each van and one in the office. The binders must be kept in the van, preferably on the back seat.
If any of our procedures are amended, or if we have new procedures to follow, the binder will be updated to reflect those changes.
