vCOPs Needed for Council Meetings

We are looking for a few vCOPs to sit in occasionally on the regular monthly CSL council meetings at City Hall; to greet the residents, and answer any questions they may have as to proper protocol during question period. These positions are "back-up" roles for the two regular vCOPs who normally are at these meetings, but may be unable to attend.
