The Winter Carnival, which was held on Sunday, February 9th, was a huge success. People came out, braving the cold weather, to participate in and to enjoy all the activities. For the first time ever, there was dog sledding, which seemed to be a big hit with everyone. Of course, vCOP members were on patrol in large numbers, ensuring the days' events went off smoothly. Thank you to all who were on patrol, and thank you Susie for getting this all organized!
